Mohay Engineers India Private Limited is an authorized distributor of Kaeser Kompressoren and Instamod AirPipe products. Our services include:
Supply and installation of rotary screw compressors, oil-free compressors, and portable compressors.
Installation and commissioning of AirPipe aluminium modular piping systems.
Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for compressed air equipment.
Energy audits and compressed air system optimization.
Emergency repair and spare parts supply.
Service availability is subject to geographic coverage, product availability, and scheduling. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
All quotations provided by Mohay Engineers are valid for the period stated on the quotation, or 30 days from the date of issue if no period is specified.
Quotations are subject to change based on product availability, manufacturer pricing updates, or changes in the scope of work.
An order is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a written purchase order from the client and written acceptance from Mohay Engineers.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or product unavailability.
Payment terms are as agreed in the written quotation or purchase order. Standard terms are as follows unless otherwise specified:
A minimum advance payment as specified in the quotation is required before commencement of any supply or installation work.
Balance payments are due as per the milestone schedule outlined in the purchase order or agreement.
All amounts are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST, etc.) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Late payments may attract interest at the rate of 18% per annum or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.
Title and ownership of goods remains with Mohay Engineers until full payment is received.
Kaeser Kompressoren Products: All Kaeser products supplied by us carry the manufacturer's standard warranty as provided by Kaeser Kompressoren. The warranty terms, duration, and conditions are governed by Kaeser's official warranty policy.
AirPipe Systems: AirPipe piping systems carry the manufacturer's product warranty. Installation workmanship is warranted for 12 months from the date of commissioning.
Maintenance Services: Labour performed under AMC or service contracts is warranted for 90 days from the date of service.
Warranty claims are subject to proper use, routine maintenance, and compliance with manufacturer guidelines. Damage caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or force majeure events is not covered.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mohay Engineers India Private Limited shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Any damages arising from unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein.
Any damages arising from interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our website.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
